New Swim School
JMG Swim and Rescue School are opened a second swim school in Abercorn Secondary School at 195 Garscube Road, Glasgow G4 9QH. If you are interested or know of any one else interested; adults and children at all levels of ability are welcome on Thursdays from 7-9pm.Pathway to Success with JMG Swim School
We have recently put an arrangement in place for children to progress to competitive swimming with Rutherglen Amateur Swimming Club (Link). Once a child completes the JMG Learn to Swim Scheme, they will receive a Rutherglen ASA membership pack and an invitation for assessment for their swim team. This arrangement will allow our most successful swimmer to progress to the next level in their swimming pathway.
Big Splash!
Two of our swimmers Kevin McGuinness and Stephanie Salveta recently achieved their 5 Miles Swim Fit Award from the Amateur Swimming Association (ASA) and were included in an article in the Rutherglen Reformer. Well Done! (Link to Article).

Staff Provision
JMG Swim and Rescue School are introducing a new service to provide other organisation with appropriate staff as and when required at competitve rates. Provision of the following fully trained staff including Disclosure Check available for:
- Teaching/Coaching Swimming
- Training/Assessing First Aid
- Training/Assessing Lifesaving
- Training/Assessing Pool Lifeguards
- Heartstart Instructors
- Pool Lifeguards
